The Holidays - What they mean to us

November and December are (for most people) a time of family. They are a time of reflecting. The are a time for looking ahead.

For us the holidays are no different.

In our business we help families prepare for the holidays. We clean carpet, we wash windows, we clean gutters. We help people make their homes look their very best for friends and family. When we leave, the clean carpet and clean windows compliment the decorations and create a warm cozy environment.

For property management companies, we help prepare properties for their new tenants. We prepare the property to be made into a home.

We get the privilege of helping people prepare them homes for friends and family to gather and to celebrate the life they have made for themselves.

We also have the amazing privilege of being a resource to our customers by referring other local businesses for any services around their homes. From landscapers, to HVAC companies, plumbers, event planners, financial professionals, and everything in between, we’ve got a referral partner for our customers.

The end of the year is a time to reflect on the previous 360 +/- days. To look at wins, losses, challenges, opportunities to do better in the next 360 +/-.

2018 has been a great year for rebirth and exponential growth. We’ve added equipment that allows us to perform tasks in a safer, cleaner manner providing less impact to the home owner and property manager.

We refined our systems to streamline work flows. All of this to create a better customer experience.

In 2019, we will invest in people and systems and do a better job of building our community around us. We will go deeper into our community and have a bigger impact in our service area.

We look forward to serving you. Our community. Our city. #RVA
